The world is awful

Awful

The art of packing light

August3

The heaviest thing in my suitcase when I travel is my toiletry bag. Which is pretty ironic because I do not wear any make up. Must be the Contact Lens Solution and all that saline that I have to lug around. Awful four eyes.

For the past few trips, I have been pretty good with bringing the bare minimum clothes on holiday. But that relates to not very exciting holiday outfits. So the question now is since the Phuket trip will be a short one and actually articles of clothing are quite light, should I just go overboard and throw caution to the minimum packing wind?

The question is for a 4 day and 3 night trip, should I bring:
* 3 bikinis (okay, I’ll just bring 2. One to dry if I do go swimming)
* 3 coverups?
* 2 hats and 1 cap? (my new hat is just pure vanity, it is too holey to be practical, so one proper hat and a cap?)

Haha, with the expanse of time I have now, I have very much time to dwell over such boliao decisions.

    Bring more bikini it is OK because they are so small and light anyways. Maybe one for each day!

    And don’t forget the sun block!

    yes bikinis are so tiny u can bring a handful. hats on the other hand, are not only bigger in size but also non-compressable. please do not bring 3 (a cap and a hat are in the same family)!

    heart dailies (contact lenses), no fuss over bringing heavy contact lens solution! =D
