Twenty Oh Nine
Perhaps it is bad form to chronicle my year when the year is not yet over for 2 weeks but oh well, what the hell. 2009 has been a very exciting year.
2009 is:
* The first year that I worked on Sundays too instead of just on Saturdays. I also worked until 11:30 some nights which means I worked the longest days this year during peak.
* the year in which I perfected my Pig and Goat presentation and this year’s mass briefing went so smooth without a hitch. Public speaking is not something that comes easy to me.
* the year that I picked up Muay Thai and went for my first double yoga classes.
* the year that I ran my first 10 km and 2 more after that.
* the year I quit the first job in my life.
* the year I get a step to what I currently want to get to in my life and to the ultimate goal.
* the year I pretend to be a taitai. Days filled with Japanese lessons, yoga, muay thai and long dinners.
* the year I started watching How I Met Your Mother.
* the year we bought the house and signed our lives to a lifetime of poverty. Kinda, still not confirmed. The process is not going well.
I start my internship tomorrow. No expectations, no expectations.
